The sculpted heads shown on this page are made from clay and finished in black paint with bronzing highlights. They give the illusion of being cast in bronze, but they are not robust, and can chip and crack, and will break if dropped. They are not fully waterproof and need to be kept in a warm, dry environment.

Sculpted heads can only be created through a number of personal sittings in my studio, which means that the cost is significantly higher than a portrait. Also more time is required, as the clay needs to dry before being painted. If you are interested in commissioning a sculpted head, please contact me for more details.
